Tim Faull

Co-Founder, Group Executive Chairman. Tim has extensive experience in the Food, Retail and Hospitality Industries and is also the founding chairman of Knead Brand Coffee Shops and Tastewise International. He is responsible for innovation and specializes in the development of Quality Management Systems for the food industry. He is a Master Baker with 34 years of experience and has strong connections to the food and equipment supply chain.

Richard Morkel

Co-Founder, CEO. Prior to PVG, Richard spent 10 years in the Food Retail and Manufacturing Industry where he gained extensive experience in management and operations. He is responsible for strategic operations in PVG and drives development and change management projects into clients organisations. As author of PVG’s e-learning system, he is currently expanding e-learning within the food and hospitality Industries.

Paul Knipe

Financial Director. Paul joined the PVG management team in June 2002. He brings a wealth of financial and administrative experience having previously worked in various industries, a large portion being in the foods sector. Apart from managing the internal processes of the PVG group, he provides solutions to client projects that require financial input in the form of viability studies, financial models and business plans.

Nikki Pike

Director, The Fresh Food Academy. Nikki joined PVG in 1999 and has worked extensively in both multi-media production and training management. She currently manages the training facilities nationally and is responsible for the planning, development of training material and scheduling of all training in all operations. Nikki is the custodian of PVG’s Quality Management System and training accreditation status with the relevant SETA’s.

Lucy de Abreu

Project Account Executive. Lucy joined PVG in 2004 and has qualifications in project management. She is responsible for client project management in PVG and Tastewise and coordinates a team of food and technical specialists who are involved in product and recipe development and implementing best practice standards in our client’s organisations.

Robert Jennings

Account Executive. As a UCT graduate with an Honours in Organisational Psychology, specializing in Change Management, Robert is responsible for managing projects, from the development stages through to implementation. Working closely with client organisations, Robert helps drive the change processes with a strategic and operational focus.
